How to turn plain greek yogurt into chocolate peanut butter pudding…

It’s so easy!  I can’t take the credit for this one as I stole another recipe from Honore (my co-worker, friend and new workout partner).  He comes up with some great high protein yet super nutritious and delicious recipes.

Here it is…

1/2 cup of greek yogurt
1/2 scoop of chocolate or vanilla protein powder
1 to 2 tbsp of cocoa powder
1 tbsp of natural peanut butter

Mix it all together and experience pure bliss, mmmmmmmm!

I’m sure there are many other flavours of pudding you can create.  Feel free to try other combinations and don’t forget to share them on my blog!

Have a wonderful Monday!  This weather is putting me in a GREAT mood!

Can’t wait for summer…

Les 🙂

sounds great but i can never keep it to half a cup!! at least a whole cup!!! i am addicted to greek yogurt. i mix it with everything! jello pudding, protein, peanut butter, nutella, nuts, berries, sunflower/pumpkin seeds.. i like the french vanilla no sugar jello pudding with it and then you can go with vanilla protein! mmm

    • 1 cup is totally fine too!! And yes hard not to be addicted to greek yogurt, it’s AMAZING! Thanks for all your suggestions! I will have to try the jello pudding one 🙂

Ok, so this was REALLY good! I cut back on the cocoa powder because I was using chocolate whey protein. And I used vanilla yogurt because that’s all I had (this made it sweeter than I expected). Well, now I’m going to make sure I have all the supplies for this in the kitchen! It’s a nice break from a post-workout smoothie!

    • Amazing! This seems to be a hit with everyone who has tried it! You’re right, a nice change after a workout from a smoothie, similar ingredients just made differently! Thanks for following my blog! I am following yours now as well 🙂

I made this today. But I used 1 cup of fat free Greek yogurt, I scoop of chocolate protein powder and 1 and 1/2 tbs of almond butter. I find that if it sits in the refrigerator for at least an hour, it improves the flavor and texture. It’s quite good. Not bad for under 400 calories and nearly 50gm of protein.
